Recently, we've seen an increase in phishing attempts involving fraudulent emails masquerading as Infomaniak communications.

Phishing is a malicious practice where individuals attempt to deceive recipients by posing as a trusted entity in order to obtain sensitive information such as login credentials, financial information, or other personal data.

1. It is important to note that these fraudulent e-mails do not originate from Infomaniak. Our security team takes this situation seriously and is actively working to mitigate any potential impact on our users.

2. To protect yourself against these attacks, we strongly encourage you to follow these tips:

3. Sender verification: Always ensure that the sender's e-mail address is correct and corresponds to our official domain (@infomaniak.com). Be on the lookout for subtle variations that could indicate a phishing attempt.

4. Links and attachments : Avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from suspicious e-mails. Infomaniak will never ask you to provide sensitive information via e-mail.

5. Direct communication: If in doubt, contact our customer service department directly via official channels, such as our website or helpdesk. Do not reply to suspicious e-mails.

6. Awareness: Inform your colleagues and family members of the potential risks associated with phishing, and encourage them to adopt similar security practices.

7. You can check your billing status at any time via: manager.infomaniak.com
